Leader reads the Anchor Key. Discuss how safe the team felt while creating something new.

Day 2: The Connection

Target: Practice running the protocol and focus on team connection.

Success: Our squad passed the pulse and discussed how we stayed connected.

Choose a BLUE Key

Squad Leader chooses and reads one Setup Key.
Your squad makes a plan for today's mission.

2. Mission

Mission: Pass the Pulse
Pass the signal around the circle without breaking the chain. Add mods to make it harder.

3. Debrief

Use the Debrief Key

Leader reads the Anchor Key. Discuss: Did you feel safe enough to make a mistake?
